Senator Garcia moved to amend the bill on page 10, section 2, following the semicolon at the end of line 36, by inserting the following:

(13) Bona fide qualification based on national origin that is related to the eligibility of an individual for a visa;

And;

By renumbering the remaining subdivision accordingly.
